Best stuff from this week's OTAs

NFL teams are putting their full squads on the practice field this week for OTAs.

We're keeping track of the goings-on. Here's the best stuff from this week's practices:

Steelers latest weapon

Rookie James Washington made this nifty catch in individual drills Thursday. He went high while contorting his body. This angle is him on the way down.

Andrew Luck (shoulder) took part in individual quarterback drills (minus throwing the ball) and then went inside the facility at the start of team drills

Welcome back Carson

Carson Wentz dressed for work at start of OTAs even though he hasn't been medically cleared to practice. Wentz has been getting field work in and will be out there with his teammates today in some capacity. Continues to eye Week 1 for a return from a left ACL/LCL injury.

What about TB12?

"I'm not going to talk about the people that aren't here," Bill Belichick told reporters today, when asked if he's spoken to Tom Brady. "The guys who are here are improving, they're working hard. Those are the guys we're going to focus on."

As previously noted, Brady is among those not participating in OTAs. Aaron Donald, Rob Gronkowski, Julio Jones, Mark Ingram, Reuben Foster and Earl Thomas are among the other big names not at this week's OTAs.

Some stars did show up

Patriots WR Julian Edelman is back from an ACL injury.

Great to be back out there with the guys. One day at a time. #Yalla

Edelman's post got a like from Brady, who had the time to check his social-media feeds today.

In L.A., Donald wasn't there but the Rams welcomed a slew of new folks.
