The Minnesota defense will likely hold the powerful Los Angeles attack below its season scoring average, but that might not be enough to win at U.S. Bank Stadium.

FPI: Vikings hold significant edge at home

With four straight wins by a combined 103 points, the Rams are on fire, but FPI gives the Vikings a 3-2 advantage on Sunday. L.A. is 3-1 as an FPI underdog this season, including 3-0 on the road, while Minnesota has won six of seven as a favorite.

Throughout his rehab, Dalvin Cook has been able to bond with Sam Bradford. It's provided him the chance to learn his quarterback's personality away from the huddle. "It's crazy because you hear Sam say 'down, set, hut' or call the play, but just to sit there and have a conversation with him, because Sam is a quiet guy ... is good," Cook said. "It ain't good for both of us to be on the table, but it's good having conversations with him, just to chat with him."

Dalvin Cook said he knew something was wrong after he made a cut against Detroit to avoid a defender and immediately went down. He's never dealt with knee injuries before so he wasn't sure what the feeling was, which resulted in a torn ACL.

Vikings among potential 2018 landing spots for Tyrod Taylor

The Vikes might have two better options on their roster right now in Case Keenum and Teddy Bridgewater. But both of those players -- as well as Week 1 starter Sam Bradford -- are unrestricted free agents at season's end.

Courtney Cronin ESPN Staff Writer

Case Keenum has seen up close what makes the Rams D-Line so good. In his eyes, Aaron Donald hasn't scratched the surface of how good he can be. "I think he's underrated," Keenum said. "Even though he's player of the year, rookie of the year. I still think hes underrated because I think he's that good."
