U-M grabbing elite in-state talent

The state of Michigan isn't typically known for producing massive amounts of high school prospects year in and year out. That's the norm, but it also isn't out of the ordinary for the top in-state prospects to be among the best nationally, which is the case for the 2013 class.

It's a good year for offensive linemen as the state of Michigan is home to five four-star linemen, including the No. 1 guard in the country, David Dawson (Detroit/Cass Tech), who is committed to Michigan.

The Wolverines can also boast having quarterback Shane Morris (Warren, Mich./De La Salle) and Jourdan Lewis (Detroit/Cass Tech), giving them the top three recruits in the state.
