The Cincinnati Reds selected Tennessee third baseman Nick Senzel with the No. 2 pick in Thursday night's MLB first-year player draft.
Scouting report: Senzel came into the season as a dark-horse, top-10 candidate thanks to legitimate five-tool potential, though none of what he has to offer is elite, or even plus right now, and the likelihood of such a meteoric rise was remote.
