We're through to the quarterfinal stage of the World Cup, and that means we now know who has made the cut and is through in our predictions game.
We started out with 29 of our top talent on hand from England, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Australia and Africa -- many of whom are based out in Russia for the tournament -- analysing each and every one of the 64 matches.
But only 10 can continue on to battle it out for the honour of being the World Cup predictions champion.
ESPN Mexico's Ricardo Puig has been impressive throughout and has the best average of all competitors, scoring 11.67. ESPN Deportes' Alex Pareja comes second on 9.52, with ESPN FC's Ale Moreno third on 9.50.
ESPN FC boasts six pundits of the 10 through to the latter stages, with Ale joined by Steve Nicol, Gab Marcotti, Craig Burley, Paul Mariner and Stewart Robson. Fair to say FC's former pros know their stuff!
ESPN Brasil's Leonardo Bertozzi continues on to the quarterfinals, and the lineup is completed by ESPN Deportes' Mauricio Pedroza.
But spare a thought for ESPN Australia's Steph Brantz. Despite a slow start she recovered excellently but just missed out on a place in the final 10 by 0.40 on the averages.
Once the quarterfinals are done and dusted, the top five scorers in this round will move on to the semifinals. In the case of a tie for fifth place, then the positions will be decided by average score. The top two from the semifinals will then move on to the third/fourth place playoff and final to battle it out for the predictions crown. Who will emerge victorious?
