Jazz ink Trey Burke, Rudy Gobert

SALT LAKE CITY -- The Utah Jazz have signed draft picks Trey Burke and Rudy Gobert.

Burke, this season's Wooden player of the year, was the ninth overall pick in the draft, acquired by the Jazz in a trade that sent Utah's 14th and 21st overall picks to the Minnesota Timberwolves. The 6-foot-1 point guard played two seasons at Michigan, averaging 18.6 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.6 steals. He had 255 assists to set the school's single-season record.

Gobert, a 7-foot-1 center from France, was the 27th overall pick in the draft, acquired in a trade with Denver that sent the 46th overall pick and cash considerations to the Nuggets. He averaged 8.3 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.8 blocks for Cholet Basket of the French League last season.

Terms of both contracts were not released on Saturday.
