Utah Jazz forward Thabo Sefolosha reaffirmed last week his pledge to maKe a significant, six-figure donation to an organization that seeks to provide justice for those in marginalized communities. Sefolosha pledged to donate a portion of the $4 million settlement he won from the New York Police Department to Gideon's Promise, an organization that aims to transform the criminal justice system mentoring public defenders who provide equal justice for marginalized communities. Sefolosha reaffirmed his pledge to donate to the organization at a fundraiser at the NBA Players Association offices last week.

Jazz's complete 2017-18 regular-season schedule

The Jazz will open at home on Wednesday, Oct. 18 by hosting the Nuggets. Gordon Hayward will be back in town with the Celtics on Wednesday, March 28.
