Jefferson: LeBron was sick in Game 3 loss

LeBron James caught a bug that was going around before the team's Game 3 loss to the Celtics, Richard Jefferson told Fox Sports Ohio on Tuesday night.

Boston fired out to an early lead Tuesday night, but from the 5:30 mark of the second quarter and on, it became the LeBron James and Kyrie Irving show. The duo outscored the Celtics the rest of the way and more than doubled them up in the paint.

It hasn't seemed to matter who is guarding Kyrie Irving of late. He's made at least half of his shots against six different Celtics defenders over the last three games. Over that span, he's scored 94 points on 48 shots while shooting 68.8 percent from the field.

Kyrie Irving scored at will against the Boston Celtics, saving the Cavaliers from LeBron James' foul trouble and ultimately putting a stamp on Game 4.
