          Mitchell Robinson came ready to play for Game 5 between the New York Knicks and Philadelphia 76ers Tuesday night.

          Robinson's status was up in the air after he missed Game 4 with an ankle injury. Listed as a game-time decision, he suited up and made the most of his appearance as the Knicks, leading the series 3-1, looked to close out the Sixers.

          Midway through the second quarter, Robinson received an alley-oop from Josh Hart and slammed it home over Joel Embiid.

          Robinson had 2 points, 5 rebounds and 2 blocks in 11 first-half minutes as the Knicks led 49-43 at halftime. He also helped contain Embiid to 8 points on 3-of-10 shooting plus 9 rebounds and 3 turnovers in the opening two quarters.

          An ankle injury in December sidelined the Knicks center for 50 games and hindered his start to the season. He averaged 6.2 points, 11.3 rebounds, 1.4 blocks and 1.2 steals in the month prior to being injured.

          With a win against Philadelphia, New York would advance to the second round for the second consecutive season -- the last time it reached that stage twice in a row was in the 1998-99 and 1999-2000 seasons. A 76ers win would return the series to Philadelphia for Game 6 on Thursday.
