Limit transactions for non-playoff teams: While we all want fantasy managers to try their hardest to win at all times, we also don't want them to impact the championship after they've already been eliminated in the playoffs. Now, you can make sure that an 3-11 team isn't working the waiver wire and claiming the best free agents when their season is already over by restricting their ability to change their roster makeup.
