The Brewers pulled Ryan Braun before his third at-bat today because of some right-side tightness. It'll be a tough blow for Milwaukee if it turns into something, because after a slow first half, Braun has shown signs lately of going on a roll -- even beyond his two-homer game at Wrigley Field on Tuesday.

The Brewers are going with what Travis Shaw calls their "goal-line package" in today's game against the Cubs. Around the infield, it's Eric Thames (1B), Shaw (2B), Jonathan Schoop (SS) and Mike Moustakas (3B) against Chicago starter Kyle Hendricks. Craig Counsell also flipped the top of his lineup, with Christian Yelich batting leadoff and Lorenzo Cain hitting second.
