Unless you're fielding Alabama-level talent, efficient quarterback play is a necessity for sustained success in college football. So which programs are properly stocked at the position?

Insider evaluated which schools have the brightest three-year window at the quarterback position (2016-18), and ranked the top 25 teams. Criteria included the current depth chart -- likely and possible starters, along with new arrivals -- coaching and pedigree, as in, how well a program identifies talent and develops players, as well as success on the recruiting trail, including commitments for 2017 prospects.
