Evan Engram isn’t the only professional athlete in his family anymore.
Mackenzie Engram, the younger sister of the New York Giants tight end, was selected with the third pick of the third round in the WNBA draft by the Atlanta Dream on Thursday night.

Mackenzie, a 6-foot-2 power forward, averaged 12.9 points and seven rebounds per game this past season for the University of Georgia, which earned a No. 4 seed in the NCAA tournament. She was named All-SEC during her senior season.
Mackenzie, 22, was the 27th overall selection in the draft and will join her hometown team. The Engrams are from the Atlanta area.
Evan, 23, was a regular at Lady Bulldog games after the Giants' season ended. He had just finished a promising rookie season -- 64 catches for 722 yards and six touchdowns -- after being the 23rd overall selection last year out of Ole Miss.
