GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Remember when we told you that center Corey Linsley was the only member of the Green Bay Packers to play every snap on offense last season?

Well, that helped the rookie cash in.

It earned him a bonus of $339,565.81 via the NFL's performance-based pay distribution.

According to ESPN NFL Insider Field Yates, that was the second-highest bonus handed out under the performance-based pay system. Buffalo Bills tackle Seantrel Henderson had the biggest bonus at $373,671.31. Only six players received bonuses of $300,000 or more.

The system typically benefits players in their first NFL contracts or minimum-salaried free-agent signings who become major contributors. Linsley was a fifth-round pick with a base salary of $420,000, meaning he almost doubled his 2014 pay.

Last year, then-rookie tackle David Bakhtiari led the Packers in performance-based pay with a $255,882.22 bonus. Bakhtiari received the second-highest bonus this year.
