Ireland's Robbie Henshaw ruled out of remainder of Six Nations

Ireland centre Robbie Henshaw will miss the rest of the Six Nations with a shoulder injury.

Henshaw scored two tries in his country's 56-19 win over Italy at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday, but injured himself while touching down the second and was forced off.

There was better news on the fitness of Tadhg Furlong and Jack Conan, however, with the pair expected to return in time for the visit of Wales on Feb. 24.

"Robbie Henshaw, who suffered a shoulder injury early in the second half, has undergone a procedure this morning on the injured shoulder and has been ruled out of the remainder of the NatWest 6 Nations," the IRFU confirmed in a statement on its website.

Ireland will regroup for a two-day training camp on Tuesday, although a number of the squad have been released back to their provinces ahead of this weekend's PRO14 action.
