Nuggets' Paul Millsap out vs. Kings with sprained left wrist; sources say X-rays negative

Denver Nuggets starting power forward Paul Millsap will miss Monday night's game against the Sacramento Kings with a sprained left wrist, the team announced Monday.

After undergoing X-rays at the Staples Center Sunday, X-rays on Millsap's wrist came back negative Monday, league sources tell ESPN.

He suffered the injury in the second quarter of the Nuggets' 127-109 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers. Millsap finished the game with five points and four assists.

Millsap, 32, is averaging 16.0 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.2 assists in his first season with the Nuggets.
