Los Angeles Lakers rookie point guard Lonzo Ball made a splash this spring when he debuted his signature Big Baller Brand sneaker at an unprecedented $495 price point. He continued to cause a stir at the Las Vegas Summer League when, after playing the first two games in his Big Baller Brand sneakers, he switched footwear on a game-to-game basis, wearing signature models from Adidas, Jordan, Nike and Under Armour.
Ball said at Lakers media day that he is committed to wearing his ZO2 Prime Remix on opening night, but he'll "go from there" when determining what to wear beyond that game. We'll be keeping track of Ball's sneaker changes all season long, including which kicks he's wearing and how he's playing in them.

As promised, Ball hit the floor for warmups for his regular-season debut wearing the ZO2 Prime Remix, which will be available to the public next month at the cost of $495 (or $995 for an autographed version).
PRESEASON
Oct. 13 at Clippers - DNP
Ball sat out the Lakers' preseason finale, a "road" game at Staples Center against the Clippers, but was back in his ZO2 Prime Remix signature sneaker, the same shoe he's expected to wear when the Lakers open the regular season against the Clippers on Oct. 19.

Oct. 10 vs. Jazz - DNP
Once again, Ball wasn't in action, but he repeated sneaker models for the first time in the preseason, wearing a pair of Nike Kobe ADs in warmups. He ends the preseason wearing the Kobes for both of the Lakers' home games at Staples Center (only one of which he played).
Oct. 8 vs. Kings - DNP
Ball missed his second consecutive preseason game, but wore a pair of Air Jordan IVs for the Lakers' win over the Kings in Las Vegas.
Oct. 4 vs. Nuggets - DNP
Ball sat out the Lakers' third preseason game, but was spotted on the bench during warmups wearing Adidas ULTRABOOST sneakers.
Oct. 2 vs. Nuggets
After opening the preseason in his BBB signature sneaker, Ball switched to the Nike Kobe A.D. for his Staples Center debut. Ball previously wore the Kobe A.D. at summer league, dropping 36 points, 11 assists and eight rebounds against the Sixers with the shoes of a Laker legend on his feet.
Sept. 30 vs. Timberwolves
Ball wore BBB sneakers for his first two games at summer league, but in this contest versus the Timberwolves -- the Lakers' preseason opener -- he wore the remixed version for the first time in a game. According to BBB, the remixed version is 4 ounces lighter. Ball has committed to wearing this pair in the Lakers' regular-season opener on Oct. 19, but not beyond that.
