As we come off an incredibly active NBA offseason, during which stars and other impact players were on the move, the landscape of fantasy basketball has changed dramatically.

Another manner in which things are greatly altered in fantasy hoops is when you are in a league that uses a points scoring system instead of the classic rotisserie (roto) format. Specific categories don't matter; only the overall production of a player.

As you'll see below, standard ESPN points-league scoring gives extra weight to the stats produced by successful big men, so keep that in mind when preparing for your drafts.
