Echo Fox will sign Joshua "Dardoch" Hartnett, Johnny "Altec" Ru and Adrian "Adrian" Ma, sources close to the players and team told ESPN.

Echo Fox is working to complete a buyout agreement for Dardoch, who is currently contracted with Team Liquid until the end of the 2019 season. The team will sign Altec and Adrian out of free agency, following the expiration of their contracts with Team Dignitas on Monday.

Echo Fox is also discussing a potential transfer with SK Telecom T1 for its top laner Heo "Huni" Seung-hoon, sources said. SK Telecom tweeted on Friday that they are working on a transfer with another team, but did not specify. Huni previously competed in North America with Immortals in 2016.

Dardoch, Altec and Adrian will join mid laner Kim "FeniX" Jae-hun, whom the team acquired from Gold Coin United on Wednesday.

Echo Fox previously attempted to buy out Dardoch from Team Liquid toward the end of the 2016 season. That attempt failed when Riot Games did not approve the transfer. Dardoch joined Immortals later that year.

Altec and Adrian will remain together after their time on Team Dignitas in 2017. The duo took fourth in the North American League of Legends Championship Series Summer Split in September. However, Team Dignitas was not accepted back into the league as a permanent franchise partner in October.

Echo Fox has competed in the league since it acquired the spot of Gravity Gaming for $1 million in December 2015. In 2017, the team and its executive staff formed Vision Venture Partners, a parent corporation that has received investment from tech entrepreneur Stratton Sclavos and the New York Yankees. Echo Fox was granted permanent partnership in the North American League Championship Series in October.
