Kalakoda Promotions and Kwesé Sports' Friday Fight Night series returns to Cape Town on June 29 with the 'Seek & Destroy' event.

The fight bill is headlined by the World Boxing Federation African Light-Heavyweight champion Nick 'The Natural' Radley, who takes on fellow South African Frank Rodrigues for the vacant South African Light Heavyweight title.

Radley feels his has all the attributes to to make sure the fight goes his way, saying: "This is what I have been building for and the victory will be the pinnacle of my career.

"My camp is going well and I'm feeling sharp. Rodrigues is a shorter opponent and he is going to eat jabs and right hands all night - that's if it even goes beyond five rounds. I'm putting this boy to sleep."

The South African National title still carries both credibility in terms of world rankings and a prestige on the continent. This very title was held by past legends such as Kosie Smith and Sydney Hoho, and the quality of the match-up sees two top prospects fight for the right to be the king of the division.

The other notable fight on the card is the heavyweight match-up between DRC's Knife Didier and Ukraine's Vlad Sirenko. Both men can punch and have knockout power, though Sirenko is -- on paper -- the favourite given his amateur pedigree and being a product of the Ukraine Olympics system.

To date Sirenko's opponents have been pedestrian, so this fight is a genuine step-up in class with someone who has twice shared the ring with his stable-mate Ruann Visser.

"Vlad is good, but has fought nobodies he has been protected," Didier says. "I have had to take hard fights from the start so we have travelled different paths. On the 29th he will have his first real fight. I am hungry and have trained like never before and he is in for a big surprise."
