Tyson Fury has announced he will be ready to fight in April 2018, with two more fights set to follow later on in the year.

Fury, a former IBF, WBA and WBO heavyweight champion, stated on Oct. 6 that he will no longer campaign for the British Boxing Board of Control to reinstate his licence after it was suspended for anti-doping and medical issues which put a potential return in doubt.

However, David Haye and Dereck Chisora previously fought each other at Upton Park back in July 2012 without British licenses, so a return is still arguably possible.

Fury, 29, announced his plan for 2018 via Twitter and stated he will also take part in a "mega fight" in the summer.

Fury has not fought since November 2015 when he beat Wladimir Klitschko by unanimous decision in Dusseldorf, Germany.

He claimed the IBF, WBA and WBO belts in the victory but has since been stripped of the IBF before later vacating the WBA and WBO. Anthony Joshua now holds the IBF and WBA belts, with Joseph Parker the current WBO holder.
