The WWE Hall of Fame class of 2017 added a sixth member Monday as Beth Phoenix was announced as the latest inductee-to-be, as announced by USA Today.

In a WWE career that spanned from 2006 to 2012, Phoenix, real name Beth Kocianski-Copeland, was a three-time WWE women's champion and a one-time WWE Divas champion during her time with the company. Her dominant presence in the women's division of that era, which came at the tail end of Trish Stratus and Lita's in-ring career, made her the standout of the division as she enjoyed standout reigns of 190 days and 161 days as women's champion, in 2007 and 2008, respectively.

Dubbed "The Glamazon" for her fusion of athleticism and style, Phoenix was also one of only three women ever to participate in the annual Royal Rumble, which she did in 2010. Other career highlights include the first women's "I Quit" match in WWE history (with Melina) and the first women's tag team tables match (teaming with Natalya against Michelle McCool and Layla).

In addition to tagging with Natalya, a pairing known as the "Divas of Doom," Phoenix had a nearly yearlong memorable run with Santino Marella in a couple known collectively as "Glamarella." Phoenix started her second run as WWE women's champion by getting a pinfall on Mickie James in an intergender tag team match at SummerSlam in 2008, which also earned Marella the Intercontinental championship.

Since retiring in late 2012, Phoenix has had two daughters, one in 2013 and another in 2016, with her husband Adam "Edge" Copeland.
