Wake Forest stuns Texas A&M in Belk Bowl (1:14)

Despite Christian Kirk's (No. 2 WR prospect in 2018 NFL draft) 189 yards receiving and three touchdowns, Wake Forest edges past Texas A&M 55-52 in the Belk Bowl. (1:14)

Texas A&M wide receiver Christian Kirk will forgo his senior season and enter the NFL draft.

Kirk, a top-five prospect at his position according to ESPN NFL draft expert Mel Kiper Jr., announced the decision on Tuesday via Twitter.

"It's time for the next step," he wrote.

Kirk was a dynamic receiver and return specialist for the Aggies, starting all three seasons while picking up multiple All-SEC selections.

The 5-foot-11, 200-pound Arizona native amassed 2,976 yards and 26 touchdowns from scrimmage over the course of his career.

His 814 punt return yards since 2015 rank fourth among all FBS players, and his six punt return touchdowns during that time trail only Washington's Dante Pettis for the top spot.
