Make that 32 points, 30 rebounds and a one-game suspension for Charlotte Hornets center Dwight Howard.
One day after Howard became the first NBA player since 2010 -- and just the second since the 1981-82 season -- to post a 30-30 game, the NBA had to go about its business on Thursday.
The league suspended Howard for one game without pay for picking up his 16th technical foul of the season during the game, a 111-105 victory over the Brooklyn Nets.
Howard will serve his suspension during Thursday night's game against the Memphis Grizzlies. The ban, according to ESPN's Bobby Marks, will cost Howard $162,069.
Under NBA rules, a player or coach is automatically suspended without pay for one game once he receives his 16th technical foul during a regular season. For every two additional technical fouls received during that regular season, the player or coach will be automatically suspended without pay for an additional game.
Kevin Love was the last player to hit the 30-30 mark in 2010, when he was with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Prior to that, the previous 30-30 night belonged to Moses Malone, who notched 38 points and 32 rebounds in a game in 1982.
