LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Two-time PGA Championship winner Justin Thomas is having quite the time playing in front of the home crowd in Saturday's third round at Valhalla Golf Club.

Thomas was 3 under through his first 14 holes of the round, including a fantastic chip-in birdie from deep in the Kentucky bluegrass rough to the left of the No. 14 green.

After JT hit his tee shot almost 90 yards from the hole on the par-3 14th, he opened up his wedge and flopped the ball high into the air. After watching it roll into the cup, Thomas could only stare at his caddie Matt Minister in disbelief as the fans chanted, "JT! JT!"

He moved to 9 under in the tournament, 4 shots behind leader Xander Schauffele.
