New Zealand now have the most 10-wicket wins (three) at the World Cup. West Indies, South Africa and Sri Lanka have two each.

0 - Sri Lanka hadn't been beaten by 10 wickets in a World Cup prior to Saturday. They've been beaten by nine wickets on four occasions. Incidentally, their last 10-wicket pounding in ODIs was also to New Zealand at Christchurch in December 2015.

1 - Opening together for the 21st time, Colin Munro and Martin Guptill recorded their maiden century stand in ODIs. Guptill has been involved in four of the seven century opening stands for New Zealand at the World Cup.
