Raihan Uddin smashed two fours in the last over to help sneak Shinepukur Cricket Club to a one-wicket win over Legends of Rupganj in the Dhaka Premier League.

With six runs needed, the set batsman Mohammad Saifuddin took a single off the first ball after which No. 10 Raihan hit one straight to the bowler Mohammad Shahid but then lifted him over mid-off. Saifuddin fell off the penultimate ball, run out, but Raihan kept cool and blasted Shahid's full-toss for a four through midwicket at the Shere Bangla National Stadium.

Raihan ended unbeaten on 10 off five balls, but the bulk of the 269-run chase came in the 121-run fourth wicket stand between Shadman Islam and Uday Kaul. Shadman made 95 off 116 balls with eight fours while Kaul struck 61 off 70 balls.

Earlier, Mohammad Naeem and Parvez Rasool took Rupganj to a competitive 268 for 3. Naeem struck eight fours and a six in his 93 off 130 balls while Rasool smashed 11 fours and two sixes in his unbeaten 66-ball 88.

Ashok Menaria's 55 was pivotal in Khelaghar Samaj Kallyan Samity's three-wicket win over Brothers Union at the Fatullah Cricket Stadium. Khelaghar's Indian recruit Menaria struck three fours and a six in his 77-ball innings, which held their chase of 188 together. From 99 for 4, Menaria and Moinul Islam added 60 for the fifth wicket, all but sealing the chase.

Being made to bat first, Brothers Union were bowled out for 187 in 46 overs. Their captain Alok Kapali top scored with 66 while pace bowler Hasan Mahmud took three wickets.

Centuries from Mohammad Ashraful and Tasamul Haque helped Kalabagan Krira Chakra to a five-wicket win over Agrani Bank at the BKSP-3 ground.

Tasamul made 106 off 115 balls with 12 fours while Ashraful was unbeaten on 102 off 136 balls, his second century in this year's DPL. The pair added 188 for the second wicket, after which Kalabagan lost three wickets cheaply but Ashraful ensured they got home with eight balls to spare.

Earlier, Shahriar Nafees was stumped off offspinner Mahmudul Hasan on that 99, having struck 14 fours and a six in his 125-ball knock. He added 128 for the opening stand with Azmir Ahmed who made 58 off 66 balls, including five fours and three sixes. Akbar-ur-Rehman, Kalabagan's pace-bowling Pakistani recruit, took three wickets.
