I always knew all the times that I nicked it, but I don't remember the times when I didn't know that I nicked it, but I had nicked it.
I have a theory if anyone's interested. Your big edges on your modern bats mean you're less likely to feel a nick. I don't have any science for this theory, leave that to the boffins, but it feels like it might not be bollocks.
