Hope you enjoyed our coverage. We'll see you super soon for more cricket. For now, it's goodbye and goodnight from Rvel Zahid.
Multan Sultans were exceptional tonight; there was a stark contrast in both teams' bowling attacks. Usman Khan annihilated Shaheen Afridi and company and scored a marvelous 96-run innings that helped them post an impregnable score. Mohammad Rizwan has been leading the team superbly, showing his brilliant leadership abilities and tactical acumen. It looks like a well-gelled, happy team which enjoys each other's success. We saw how the young leggie Faisal Akram thrived in that conducive environment and picked two wickets on his PSL debut. Usama Mir then picked six wickets as Lahore Qalandars attempted to get closer to the target, and in the process, gave catches to the fielders. Lahore knew they had to press on the gas pedal right from the word go, but after losing both openers and then the introduction of spin, the contest turned into a one-way traffic. Qalandars' bowling attack lacked discipline as they gifted too many freebies and Multan showed their hunger to win and were absolutely clinical in all departments of the game. As a result of the win, Multan Sultans have tightened their grip at the top of the table with 10 points and Lahore Qalandars are yet to get off the mark after suffering their sixth loss on the bounce

Ryan: "if this the state of Shaheen Afridi's Lahore Qalandars then Pakistan need to be very very worried!!!!"
Malik Murad Ali: "Shaheen has to really sit with some expert and learn the captaincy skills. There are many obvious flaws which he has to overcome."
Saqib: "Hello @cricinfo, why is David Wiese not playing? Injured?" He has a calf injury
