Scorer: K Vairavan | Commentator: Shashwat Kumar

6pm That will be all from us, folks. Hope you enjoyed our coverage as much as we loved bringing it to you. Until next time, this is goodbye from me (Shashwat), Ekanth, Vairavan and everyone else at ESPNcricinfo. Take care!

Hugh Weibgen, Australia captain: (On the performance) It was pretty good. We got off to a good start. Dixon batted really well. 266 - we were quite happy with that. Everyone knows their role well, they contributed with the bat, with the ball and in the field. In our first couple of games, we went hard and probably got ahead of ourselves. We thought we could start a little slower today and then cash in later. (On Vidler) He is a superstar. Great kid, great player and I think he will go very far. Great to watch him in full flight. Makes my job easier (having such a bowling attack). (On moving closer to the semi-finals) I don't really know how it all works (laughs), so we are just trying to win all the games we play.

Ben McKinney, England captain: Australia played really well. We felt they got 50 too many. We felt we could have chased it down but obviously it did not happen. He (Benkenstein) is one of our best fielders. Those mistakes (Weibgen being dropped in the 12th over) can happen, some cost more than others. (On the decision to bowl first) The way we have chased, it was brilliant. We wanted to do that again. We thought we could use our spinners to keep them to 220. Unfortunately, could not do it today. (On the steep target after the delay) We had the two most destructive players in our team at the crease so we were confident but it did not happen. (On their semi-final hopes) Hopefully we win against Zimbabwe and get lucky to go through.

Hugh Weibgen is the Player of the Match: (On his innings) It is probably right up there. To get the win in the end makes it better. It was good fun. Had a couple of good partnerships with my good mates. We have played a few games here, so gave myself time to get used to the conditions. I was trying to take ones and twos. I Knew I could cash in later. Against pace, I felt I could score quicker when I got width. I was dropped (early in the innings) and obviously that helped. In the last game, I went for a cross-batted shot. I was just thinking of playing through the line (today).

5:40pm Wow, that ended rather quickly and abruptly after the delay caused by bad weather. England, to be fair, had no choice but to swing, although they will not be particularly pleased with the early wickets they lost. That set the tone and pushed them so far behind that there was no coming back, once play resumed. Allison and McKinney were the two bright spots in what was otherwise an insipid batting display.

Australia, on the other hand, just reiterated why they are a team to be feared at this tournament. Vidler thundered through the England top order. Straker picked up two post the delay, with MacMillan and Campbell then brushing off the lower order. An accomplished performance, not just with bat and ball, but also in the field.

Campbell to Ali, OUT, goes miles up, and gobbled up by Konstas! The rout is complete! Campbell holds this one back on a length and entices the big slog. Tazeem cannot resist that particular urge and goes after it. Gets lots of height not but enough distance. Konstas tracks it all the way, running to his right from long on, and holds on. A 110-run win (DLS) for Australia, and they have taken a giant stride towards sealing a semi-final berth!

Campbell to Ali, 1 bye, looped up deliciously on a full length on leg stump. Tazeem has a mow across the line but misses the ball by quite some distance. That was awfully close to leg stump
