0.1 starts off with a wonderful yorker first up and goes up in loud appeal. Shake of the head by the umpire and Jason Holder has gone up for a review. Ultra-Edge confirms no bat.Pitches on middle, swings in late, and it's taking out leg stump. What a start for West Indies! Wicket off the first ball, and it's Martin Guptill, the man who hit 237 against them in the 2015 World Cup quarterfinal 0/1
0.5 take a bow Sheldon Cottrell. take a salute. Inswinging yorker, late swing again and Colin Munro has no clue about it as it shatters his stumps. He's got both openers for golden ducks in his opening over. 7/2
46.3 caught by Hope running back. Fourth wicket for Cottrell and Williamson's magnificent innings is over. Went across to try and heave it over deep square leg, but got a top edge that went really really high, swirling over Hope's head. He did well to run back and settle under it. 251/5
34.3 Gayle's got a wicket! New Zealand wanted to up the rate, Taylor has been getting bogged down in the past few overs, comes down the track to try and loft it over long-off, but can't middle it and Jason Holder at mid-off holds the catch above his head. Gayle punches the air in delight and then comically holds his shoulder and winces in pain. Entertainment unlimited 167/3
41.5 top edge gobbled by Cottrell. Out comes the march and salute. Not short enough to pull, but Latham is under pressure to go big and swipes across the line. Gets a top edge that loops straight back to the bowler. Third wicket for Cottrell 210/4
49.6 and the innings ends with another catch for Cottrell. Another slower ball, wide of off stump, Neesham throws his bat at it, doesn't get hold of it. Simple catch for Cottrell at mid-off. 291/8
48.1 Sheldon Cottrell you legend! he's run CdG out at the non-striker's end. Length ball on the pads, Neesham tried to work it away but couldn't connect. Took a few steps down, CdG was more than halfway down by then. Cottrell ran forward, picked up the ball and threw down the stumps. It'll go as a run-out, but he's got a fifer in my book 270/6
49.5 length ball wide outside off, Santner tries to go over long-off, but he's taken the pace off, so it swirls off the toe-end. Cottrell - who else - is at mid-off, and he runs back to take a good tumbling catch. Can't keep him out of the action 291/7

23.6 ho ho ho, this is Collapso Time. Gayle probably thought he needed to hit West Indies out of pressure, so went for another six down the ground. Didn't middle it, got it off the toe-end. He's hit mis-timed sixes before, but this is not one of those times. The ball goes high and settles into long-on's hands. West Indies have imploded. 152/5
2.4 dragged it on! Boult pushes one across, very wide outside off. Hope throws his hands at it for the drive. It's not a menacing ball - going straight across - but it's a tad far. And there's no real way he can be close to it for the drive. Inside edge and into the stumps 3/1
6.2 taken by Latham! Superb bouncer from Boult catches Pooran completely out of position for the pull. It's short and rising steeply in the corridor. He leaps and looks to hook. The top-edge is right above the keeper 20/2

22.1 he's castled him. Back of a length but it kept low. Hetmyer was going to smash this into oblivion, but the ball sneaks in under his bat and knocks off the bails. Lockie is pumped. He had bowled this at 128k too, so that might have had something to do with it 142/3
22.2 got him first ball and Lockie is breathing fire into New Zealand's defence. This was a full-length one outside off, and Holder, whose feet aren't really moving well yet, had a waft at it. Got a feather through to the keeper. 142/4
48.6 has he done it? No! Boult plucks it at long-on! Two drops for Boult since the last game, but he's held on when it's mattered! They're checking for no-ball...it's well behind the line. This is heartbreak for Brathwaite. So close. Short ball at middle, he pulled it, but slightly from under again. Ended up slicing it, with no room. It was to Boult's right. He leaped, he held on, he balanced on his right foot. That is solid work under pressure. Both batsmen on their knees, and then Brathwaite gets up with a smile. He did his all, and then some. But it was always unlikely. And you feel like he knows that. Smiles from his opponents as they offer their commiserations. It's all shakes. It could have so easily been the other way round... 286/10
26.2 caught behind off the short ball another great take by Latham, who's been impressive today behind the stumps. Boult put his back into this, short ball on the leg stump, cramping him for room. Nurse couldn't resist having a go at trying to pull, but gets a glove that flies to Latham's left, who tumbles and holds. 163/6
26.5 short ball, and Lewis pulls it straight to the man at deep square leg. Can't really fault him. Given his injured hamstring, all he could do was look for boundaries. Tried, and failed 164/7
38.1 edged! And the bowling change brings the wicket at last for New Zealand. Kemar Roach, so impressive until no, but he chases this one outside off. No feet. It's a thin edge and his resistance ends. This is short of a length and climbing outside off. Too fast for his waft away from the body 211/8
44.6 through him! Is that it? Lockie using that pace of his to fire one in full, angling in off the pitch, beating the inside edge and smashing the stumps 245/9
