2.4 huge appeal and given! Scotland dented early! Back of a length delivery on off stump that decks back sharply. McBride is caught on the crease and does not really account for the inward movement. Plays all over it and the ball pins him on the back pad. Umpire Aleem Dar has no hesitation in raising his finger, and UAE have the early breakthrough they were after! 6/1
8.6 Siddique has another! Another full delivery in the channel just outside off, and it entices Cross to go for the drive. He, like McMullen, though, does not account for the movement. The ball pitches, nips back sharply, goes through the gap between bat and pad and leaves the stumps in an almighty mess. UAE well in the ascendancy now! 25/3
3.2 cleans up McMullen with a beauty! Full delivery that starts outside off stump before shaping back into the batter very late. McMullen goes for the booming off drive but leaves a massive gap between bat and pad - a gap the ball bursts through before crashing into the stumps! 11/2
49.6 excellent yorker at the batter's toes. Berrington squirts it away towards deep square leg, and decides to hare back for the second. He dives to regain his ground but has he done so? We go upstairs...Looks like Berrington is just short of his ground. Take nothing away from this astounding innings, though - it has almost single-handedly taken Scotland to 282! 282/8
14.5 Mackintosh bites the dust! Length delivery outside off stump that seems to stick in the surface just a little. Mackintosh has a waft at it but is early into the stroke. The ball bounces a tad extra too and all Mackintosh can do is chip it straight back to the bowler. That is such a tame dismissal, and Scotland are four down now! 48/4
27.1 one sweep too many! And the wristspinner has done his job - his first wicket of the event. Full ball outside off, forcing Leask to really reach out to play the sweep. Top-edged and Zahoor runs forward from short fine leg to take the catch despite the swirling projectile. Oh, just when Scotland were coming back, they have been dealt a blow 115/5
36.4 the wicket-taker takes a wicket and that is why Waseem brought Junaid back. Length ball just outside off but this delivery cuts right back, and proves too good for Greaves. Slides through the bat-body gap 166/6
38.5 sharp grab from the keeper and Naseer has a second. Tidy fourth-stump line and this length ball gets the outside edge of Jarvis. Jarvis tried to drive straight back but the drive originated down the wrong line. Sharma had to react quickly and did so successfully 172/7

18.4 full ball on middle. Goes for a big slog over midwicket but the ball turns across the bat's outside edge. Raps him on the pad, and that's game over for the captain. 82/5
4.2 edged and taken at second slip! Back of a length delivery in the channel that seems to pitch and deviate away just a little. Aryansh, perhaps expecting the short ball, does not move his feet at all. Has a nibble at it and gets a thick outside edge that floats through to Greaves at second slip, who does the rest! 21/1
4.3 and Aravind perishes first ball! Two in two for Sole! Back of a length delivery in that probing corridor just outside off stump. Aravind's feet go nowhere either and he has a prod at it. The ball also keeps a little low and breezes past the inside edge before flattening off stump! 21/2
5.6 McMullen strikes back with a corker! Length delivery that pitches on leg stump and then decks away with the angle. This one is a lot shorter than the three boundaries balls and Mustafa is not to the pitch of the ball. He dangles his bat, hoping to make contact but then watches in disbelief as the ball zips past the outside edge and thunders into the top of off stump! 34/3
15.4 Sharif breaks through! Short ball on leg stump that seems to arrive at the batter just a little later than expected. He is cramped for room but still tries to help it behind square. The ball seems to go past the bat and according to the umpire, it flicks the glove before lobbing towards backward point, who runs in and completes the catch. Asif is not pleased with the decision, though, suggesting it might have come off the forearm. He has to walk back, though, and UAE are now four down! 70/4
27.1 played on! Hameed moves to the off side and tries to cut this length ball, but the legbreak forces the error, and he chops the shot onto his stumps 138/7
22.5 full ball outside off. Bit of movement away, and the batter drives. But it is sliced straight to point and the sliding catch ends his stay! 110/6
33.1 and he has taken a giant step towards achieving it! Length delivery outside off stump. Aayan stands up tall and tries to smash it over mid off. He does not get the timing he is after, though, and ends up spooning it straight to Jarvis at mid off! 165/8

35.1 Sharif has another! Back of a length delivery on middle and off stump. Siddique clears his front leg and tries to tonk it into next week. He clinks it badly, though, and Sole at mid on completes a very easy catch! 171/9
35.3 that will be that! A sizzling Sharif yorker seals a 111-run win for Scotland! Darted into middle and off stump. Zahoor does not pick the length at all and is very late in bringing his bat down. The ball breezes past and smashes into the stumps! 171/10
