9.04pm That's all from us at ESPNcricinfo as captain Faf collects the series trophy. He hands the trophy over to Duminy to revel as well. The rest of the boys join in too. We'll see you for the T20Is, but the cricket continues in less than 10 hours. It's going to be Pakistan v Australia taking on in the first Test, and we're looking forward to your company there. Till then, it's bye bye.

8.58pm Time for the presentation.

Faf du Plessis, the winning captain: "The bowling was really good. We managed to get wickets through the series. Conditions for batting were tough in the first two games, but today we batted well. We would've wanted to close the game down a bit more convincingly, and those are good signs. We are looking ahead and trying to give everyone a good and fair run with the team. I think we've done well with that. Australia is out next ODI tour after that, so the 15-16 boys will look forward to that. The T20s should be exciting. I haven't played much cricket, so hopefully I can unleash some big ones."

Imran Tahir is the Man of the Series for his ten wickets. He says: "Just very pleased with the way the ball is coming out. Trying to still improve my game and bowl my best. The challenge is good, and I want to play as long as I can. I don't take playing for South Africa for granted, and I enjoy every moment. The six-wicket haul was my most memorable moment of the series. I didn't even know that time that I had got a hat-trick! Well done to Zimbabwe as well."

Heinrich Klaasen is the Man of the Match for his maiden half-century and wicketkeeping. He says: "The team played fantastically. Want to thank Boucher for letting me bat at No. 4 at Titans. Fantastic wicket. Enjoyed batting here. Paarl has been fantastic, even from my amateur days. Would've wanted to be a bit more technical, but I can't complain.

Masakadza, the losing captain: "Just not good enough across all three games. Much work needs to be done. The batting wicket was beautiful today. So I thought, we had to put a few more on the board. Needed about 50 or 60 more to make a game out of it. T20s are a different format, and we're a bit stronger there."

8.47pm That's a clean sweep here in Paarl, but Zimbabwe did give South Africa something to worry about in the first two games. Today, though, South Africa were almost clinical despite the late hiccup. Wonder what both sides learnt from this series though.

Deep: "comeback man steyn with the best batting average and second best bowling average (next only to rabada) in this series!"

Glen: "Can I just say well played Zimbabwe? A much improved performance with the bat and a good fight with the ball. I'm impressed"
