Scorer: Ranjith P | Commentator: Rvel Zahid

Thanks for joining us, it's time for me, Rvel Zahid, to say goodbye on behalf of Ranjith. Enjoy the rest of your day with three World Cup warm-ups underway! We'll see you soon. Bye for now

Pakistan outgunned Hong Kong by 68 runs after being invited to bat first. It was not an easy pitch to bat on, where spinners feasted and got plenty of assistance. Aamer Jamal brought his experience to the fore and his rearguard action towards the end swung the momentum in Pakistan's favor as he cranked through the gears and pulled them out of trouble, lifting them to 160, which proved enough on this devilish track.

Hong Kong had a decent enough powerplay, but once the likes of Arafat Minhas, Sufiyan Muqeem, and Khushdil Shah came to bowl, the game headed in one direction and it became difficult to contend with the prodigious turn and bounce. Wickets continued to fall at regular intervals and the asking rate kept ballooning, making it cumbersome for Hong Kong batters to thrive amidst overcast conditions and fading light. Pakistan stemmed the run-flow with their potent spin attack and sealed the game with ease in the end. Hong Kong bowled well at the start but lost their way towards the end when Jamal went all guns blazing at them and that proved to be a major turning point in this game. That being said, Hong Kong should give themselves a pat on the back for putting up a valiant fight against an experienced Pakistan side that had plenty of players who have some handy international and league cricket experience

Mustafa Moudi: "Contrasting results from the 2 International Pakistani Bowling Attacks that were bowling together around the same time - One got all but 1 wickets by the time their opposition scored 83 while this side has picked just 1 wicket by the time Australia reached the score of 83 !!"

Atif : "Sufyan muqeem in CWC23 suqad. Anyone??"

Raman: "HKG has only players from India , Pak , Aff origin
what's the point of the team?"

LAK: "What is the official status of these games? T20I or T20" T20I

Sajjad Akbar : "Feels like Pakistan domestic cricket match, too many Pakistani players in HK11."

Qasim Akram to Niaz Ali, OUT, That hung in the air for a while before descending towards deep midwicket who pouches the skier safely into the his bucket hands, he didn't get enough power nor the elevation, and that brings an end to Hong Kong's resistance on this rank turner
