NICEVILLE, Fla. — ESPN 300 wide receiver Eli Stove received his Under Armour All-America game jersey presented by American Family Insurance on Thursday afternoon in front of teammates, coaches, faculty and friends at Niceville (Florida) High School.

The 18th-ranked wide receiver and the 113th-ranked player overall in the ESPN 300 said being selected to this game was a dream come true.

“It’s a great opportunity," Stove said. "A lot of players can’t have this chance to play in a game like this. I’m very glad and thankful that Under Armour chose me for the game.

“The first time watching the game was two years, ago, because I really didn’t know that much about football until my freshman year when I really got in to football. It was pretty exciting and something that I really wanted to do, once I saw it. I remember Landon Collins and Gerald Willis, Leonard Fournette and Tyron Johnson from last year."

The four-star prospect has been committed to Auburn since May, but despite saying he is still firm in his pledge to the Tigers, he’s still considering another school.

“It’s pretty strong,” Stove said. “I mean, I like Florida too though. Can’t count them out. I’m just keeping my eyes open with other schools.”

Stove will visit Florida this weekend with his parents and said he will not completely shut down his recruitment until national signing day in February.

Q&A with Eli Stove

What is your first football memory?

Stove: Probably when I played for O’Fallon little league when I was in second grade. My first kick return, I didn’t return it all the way but it was at least 80 yards.

If you could start a team with any other player in this class who would it be and why?

Stove: I’d have to say Kyle Davis. I want him to go to Auburn, too. We would have a really good group of receivers. I know if me and him went to Auburn more people would come in to our class.

If you could play 1-on-1 with any professional athlete in their sport, who would it be and why?

Stove: I’d have to say Michael Jordan or LeBron James. There is just something about those two. They are the best at what they do. I like both of them.

What number do you wear in high school and is there a reason why you wear that number?

Stove: I wear No. 11. I really wanted No. 12 when I got here, but I got 11. I just kind of stuck with it.

What’s something about yourself that not many people would know?

Stove: I like playing NBA2k and hanging out with my friends. I’m not really a loud person. I’m pretty quiet and just keep to my business.
