Freeman, Bucs come back to take down Browns

Josh Freeman returned from a three-week layoff because of a broken thumb on his throwing hand and tossed a pair of touchdown passes Sunday to help the Bucs overcome an 11-point deficit and beat the Cleveland Browns 17-14.
