Hawk-Eye will provide goal-line technology in Ligue 1 next season, replacing Goal Control after the French Football League (LFP) approved a four-year contract.
The LFP annulled its deal with Goal Control after a number of high-profile problems with the system, including two glaring errors in one evening of Coupe de la Ligue football in January.
After suspending the use of goal-line technology for the remainder of the season, the LFP will put Hawk-Eye technology in place from the start of next season.
The 2018-19 campaign will also be the first in which VAR will be used in Ligue 1.
The French top flight will join the Premier League, Serie A and the Bundesliga, among others, in using Hawk-Eye.
