Transfer Rater: Jack Wilshere to West Ham, Felipe Anderson to Leicester

Things change in the blink of an eye in football. The Football Whispers Index takes the latest transfer rumours and gives them a score out of five; the higher the score, the more realistic and reliable the Whisper.

Here are today's top five emerging whispers. And keep an eye on Transfer Talk for all the latest gossip.

Jack Wilshere to West Ham United

Wilshere could make the short trip from north to east London, with West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini reportedly keen on signing the midfielder if talks with Unai Emery break down. New Arsenal manager Emery reportedly wants to keep the 26-year-old, who is out of contract at the end of the month. But if a financial and personal agreement with Arsenal can't be found, the Daily Star claim Wilshere is a top transfer target for Pellegrini.

Felipe Anderson to Leicester City

The 2015-16 Premier League champions appear to be preparing for the impending departure of Riyad Mahrez by lining up a £35 million move for Lazio playmaker Anderson. The Brazilian was once on the radar of Manchester United and, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, West Ham have already failed with an approach for the Brazilian. Anderson, 25, who can operate as a winger or as an attacking midfielder, scored eight goals and added 10 assists in 32 Serie A appearances for Lazio last season.

Adam Masina to Watford

Watford are reportedly keen to wrap up the £8.75m signing of Bologna left-back Masina quickly as Lazio retain interest in the 24-year-old. Masina is out of contract next summer and Bologna are resigned to losing the Morocco-born former Italy Under-21 international. The Watford Observer report that the Hornets want increased competition at left-back with the 33-year-old Jose Holebas and Marvin Zeegelaar their only options in the position.

Jordan Pickford to Bayern Munich

Manuel Neuer's injury issues have prompted Bayern into looking for long-term goalkeeping options, with the Bavarian giants turning their sights to Everton's Pickford. Bayern scouts plan to watch the 24-year-old at the World Cup with The Sun claiming that the Toffees will demand double the £35m they paid to Sunderland last summer. Neuer has only recently returned to training with Germany having missed the last eight months with a foot injury.

Andre Silva to Huddersfield Town

Silva's departure from AC Milan this summer appears inevitable following a desperately disappointing campaign in Serie A and Huddersfield are the latest club to declare an interest. Monaco and Wolverhampton Wanderers were reported to be in a two-way fight for the Portugal international striker but Sky Italia claim David Wagner is plotting a club record move. Silva, 22, scored just two Serie A goals all season having joined Milan from Porto for €38m.
