For Liverpool fans, the most pleasing thing about Tuesday's 2-1 Champions League qualifier win over Hoffenheim was the performance of Trent Alexander-Arnold.
The 18-year-old had a superb game, and capped off his display with an excellent goal from a free kick to help the Merseysiders put one foot into the group stage.
No one was more proud of the young defender than Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher.

The former England international shared a picture on Twitter of himself and a 11-year-old Alexander-Arnold, who was a club mascot for the day in a 2009 League Cup tie against Leeds.
How time flies!
