When one visits Cape Town, for work or pleasure, the challenge is to try and fit in as many sights as possible, and Liverpool's Adam Lallana is attempting to do just that, it seems.
The England midfielder is in the tourism capital of South Africa to continue his rehabilitation from a hamstring injury, picked up against Crystal Palace in March, but has also made time to see a few sporting sights.
Lallana, who is rehabbing with the Sports Science Institute in the Mother City, visited the spectacular Newlands cricket stadium, accompanied by former Proteas cricket captain Graeme Smith, on Friday morning.
Smith, a famously passionate Reds fan himself, featured with the 29-year-old in a tweet sent out by the Newlands media team early in the morning. Smith retweeted it, saying, 'Quality man, great morning @LFC'.

The next stop on his tour of Cape Town's sporting venues was Cape Town City FC, where Lallana met up with the team, and manager Benni McCarthy, the former Ajax, Blackburn Rovers, and West Ham striker.

The player himself made sure to earn his personal endorsements too, by posting on Instagram that he'd gone to visit a Puma store, thanking the staff for their efforts. Pretty sure they were happy to do it for ya, Famous Footballer Adam Lallana.
