The NFL offseason is well underway and Stefon Diggs looks to be taking advantage of it.

The wide receiver, who was acquired by the Houston Texans last month in a trade, shared a video on his Instagram story Thursday of him executing elevated pushups with an added twist -- three plates, which are typically 45-pounds each, on his back.

Diggs posted another video on his story of him doing the pushups with just one weight on his back. He added the caption: "This s--- was f---ing hard."

This isn't the first time Diggs implemented a difficult modified pushup into his workout. During the 2020 offseason, he shared a video of a pushup variation using resistance bands while also being forced to the ground.

The Buffalo Bills traded Diggs to the Texans in April after four seasons with the franchise. Diggs has six straight seasons of gaining at least 1,000 receiving yards. He also led the NFL with 445 receptions during his four years with the Bills.

The Texans will host the Bills during the 2024 season. The date will be announced during the NFL's schedule release this month.
