Vote: Should the Nationals have brought back Dusty Baker for next season?

The Washington Nationals announced on Friday that they will be parting ways with manager Dusty Baker. In two straight seasons of leading the Nats to the playoffs, Baker wasn't able to get his team over the hump in the NLDS.

But is this a strong enough reason to fire him? Cast your vote on the matter.

The Nats went 192-132 in two seasons under Baker. Rumor has it that Houston Astros bench coach Alex Cora and former Detroit Tigers manager Brad Ausmus could be on the short list for the Nationals' opening, per ESPN's Eddie Matz.

In addition, the Athletic reported that Nationals pitching coach Mike Maddux will also be considered.
