Week 12 may be coming to a close on Monday night, but the AFC and NFC wild-card pictures are still murky with a chance of chaos in the near future. With five weeks left in the regular season, a handful of teams are vying for the wild-card spots in each conference. The Monday Night Football matchup (8:30 ET on ESPN/ESPN App) between the Houston Texans and Baltimore Ravens will feature two teams fighting for one of the AFC's final playoff spots.
