After chalk ruled the country in Week 8, Week 9 was a bit less predictable. Three top-25 teams fell to unranked opponents, Ohio State clawed back to beat Penn State and Iowa State shocked another top-five foe in TCU. By comparison, things were relatively quiet in the SEC -- at least on the field -- with several top teams on bye and Georgia cruising past Florida.
