Vote: How much will David Johnson's injury hurt the Cardinals?

Arizona Cardinals

With running back David Johnson out two to three months due to wrist surgery, the Arizona Cardinals' offense is in limbo.

Johnson was the team's most productive player in 2016 as quarterback Carson Palmer struggled, and Palmer's issues continued Sunday with three interceptions against the Detroit Lions.

Now the Cardinals need Palmer to elevate his play, and need other running backs to help pick up the slack. To that end, the team signed former Arizona State star D.J. Foster and re-signed Chris Johnson, who was among the Cardinals' final cuts after the preseason.

With David Johnson out for at least eight weeks, will the team be able to survive his absence?

Based on league rules, the earliest Johnson could be recalled from injured reserve is Nov. 9 against the Seattle Seahawks, but there's no guarantee he will be healthy by then, based on his two- to three month prognosis.
