The picture is becoming clearer about who will take part in the UEFA Nations League finals next June, as well as which teams will be promoted and relegated.

Confirmed so far:
Finalists: England, Portugal, Switzerland, Netherlands
Promoted: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denmark, Ukraine (League B to A); Finland, Norway, Serbia (League C to B); Belarus, Georgia, Macedonia (League D to C)
Relegated: Croatia, Germany, Iceland, Poland (League A to B); Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Slovakia, Turkey (League B to C); Estonia, Slovenia (League C to D)

League A - Group 3
Portugal vs. Poland
Poland need a point to take the final place in Euro 2020 qualifying draw pot 1 at Germany's expense.
League B - Group 1
Russia vs. Sweden
Russia must avoid defeat in Sweden to top the group, while Sweden must win to finish first on head to head.
League C - Group 1
Scotland vs. Israel
Scotland must beat Israel to win the group, otherwise Israel will take top spot. Albania have finished bottom of the group but cannot be relegated as the worst third-placed team.
League C - Group 4
Montenegro vs. Romania
Montenegro must avoid defeat to Romania by a scoreline of 2-0, 3-1 or by three goals to swerve relegation as the worst third-placed team. As it stands, Cyprus have the worst record of third-placed teams and will be relegated to League D.
League D - Group 3
Kosovo vs. Azerbaijan
Kosovo need a point at home to Azerbaijan to top the group and guarantee a playoff, while Azerbaijan must win the game to overtake their hosts.
