Free agent Emmanuel Adebayor shows off fitness in training photos

Free agent striker Emmanuel Adebayor has posted workout photos to assure potentially interested clubs of his fitness.

The Togo international, 31, has been without a club since being released by Tottenham in September.

Without game action for the past eight months, he has turned to Instagram in an attempt to show he is ready to join a team in the winter transfer window.

SEA, before joining major European Clubs, I started playing on this type of field. I played everyday with no days off. Today, I made my name in football, but it's always a pleasure to go back and play with the lads from Totsi everyday. #GodFirst #KeepItSimple #team228 #teamTotsi #FightNegativity #Love #GoodOverEvil #KeepMoving #GodIsGood #Nyamenehene #LifesGood
