Transfer Rater: Dayot Upamecano to Man United, Yaya Toure to Fenerbahce

Things change in the blink of an eye in football. The Football Whispers Index takes the latest transfer rumours and gives them a score out of five; the higher the score, the more realistic and reliable the Whisper.

Here are today's top five emerging whispers. And keep an eye on Transfer Talk for all the latest gossip.

Yaya Toure to Fenerbahce

Manchester City's forgotten man is not only out of favour, but he's also out of contract this summer. Lucrative offers are reportedly flying in for the Ivorian, who has a preference to stay in Europe despite talk of a move to China. Step forward Fenerbahce, with the Turkish giants reportedly monitoring Yaya's situation according to newspaper Takvim. They seem to want to make a statement signing this summer and the 34-year-old would be just that after a glittering career.

Dayot Upamecano to Manchester United

RB Lepizig's latest sensation has put Europe's biggest clubs on alert by claiming he dreams of playing for Real Madrid, Barcelona or Manchester United. The 19-year-old centre-back has been linked with a move to Old Trafford since 2015. The Frenchman has since established himself as a key man for the Bundesliga upstarts. Telefoot claim the sticking point, however, might be the reported £100 million fee.

Bas Dost to Newcastle

Sporting striker Dost has hit 24 goals this season and Newcastle United are reportedly one of the clubs keen on the Dutchman as a result of that scoring rate. Record say Dost is keen on a new challenge in his career,  with his agent set for showdown talks with the Portuguese side in the summer, and with Newcastle short of a reliable forward he could be the perfect player to bolster Rafa Benitez's side up front.

Richarlison to Monaco

The performances of the Watford attacker have not been missed in France, with Monaco taking a shine to the Brazilian prodigy. Richarlison has been a huge success since joining from Fluminense for £11m last summer, and the Ligue 1 title holders reportedly want him to bolster their forward. They face competition, however, with Paris Saint-Germain also keen according to The Sun. There's also interest closer to home with several Premier League sides monitoring the progress of the 20-year-old.

Kenedy to PSG

Chelsea's versatile Brazilian talent has shone since moving on loan to Newcastle United in January, so much so he has attracted the interest of PSG. The winger's livewire performances have made him a sensation on Tyneside and Sky Sports News report PSG lead a group of clubs chasing the 22-year-old. Kenedy has scored twice in eight appearances for Benitez's side, helping them clear of relegation concerns. PSG are not alone in their pursuit, with the report stating Bayern Munich and several Premier League clubs are also interested.
