Transfer no-brainer: Willo Flood quits Dunfermline after 9 days for Bali move

Scottish midfielder Willo Flood certainly hasn't found work hard to come by after being released by Dundee United in June.

Indeed, the 33-year-old has now managed to sign for not one, but two clubs since being let go by the Tannadice side on June 18.

Initially, Flood signed for Dunfermline but, just nine days on from his arrival, the Scottish Championship club have already been forced to terminate the experienced midfielder's contract.

In a statement on their official website, Dunfermline confirmed the club have "regretfully" agreed to cancel Flood's deal after just one week as the player has received an "attractive" offer to join Bali United in the Indonesian top flight.

The Pars also revealed that Flood had expressed an ambition to continue his career playing abroad.

He then activated a clause in his one-year contract that has allowed him to join Bali, according to the Dunfermline Press newspaper.

Amazing.
