British rider Tao Geoghegan Hart will make his Grand Tour debut at the Vuelta a Espana, Team Sky has announced.
Geoghegan Hart will race in Team Sky's eight-man squad for the event behind lead riders Michael Kwiatkowski and David de la Cruz.
Chris Froome and Tour de France winner Geraint Thomas will not ride in Spain after being selected to race in the Tour of Britain instead.
Mark Cavendish also misses out for Team DiData through illness.

Geoghegan Hart, 23, has been rewarded for a breakthrough 18 months with Team Sky including an eighth place finish at the 2017 Tour de Yorkshire and fifth place finishes in the Tour of California and Vuelta a Burgos this year.
Team Sky are aiming to win all three Grand Tours in the same year for the first time after Froome won the Giro d'Italia in May before Thomas won his first Tour de France.
Kwiatowski will be a hopeful given his victory in the Tour of Poland earlier this month.
""We always enjoy racing at La Vuelta and historically we've enjoyed great success at this race, finishing on the podium four times before winning in 2017," said team principle Sir Dave Brailsford.
"We've had a great season to date, winning both the Giro and the Tour, and we're determined to finish the season well."
Alongside Geoghegan Hart, Kwiatkowski and de la Cruz, Team Sky have included Jonathan Castroviejo, Sergio Henao, Salvatore Puccio, Pavel Sivakov and Dylan van Baarle.
Elsewhere twin brothers Adam and Simon Yates will ride for Australian team Mitchelton-Scott.
The Vuelta a Espana begins on Aug. 25 and finishes in Madrid on Sept. 15.
